Official Lexus NX thread
Me too. Some of the styling cues of the prototype, but much more real world and not so cartoonish. I don't mind the pop up nav. It's at eye level and as discussed, several other cars are already doing the same thing
Does the NAV pop up ?
Doesn't look like enough room for it to drop with the A/C vents.
Can't judge from the pic if the depth is enough for drop down.
It bothers me. Living here in Florida the sun is a killer at certain angles, the screen I expect will be unreadable. One poster here said glare is no longer a problem. I'm not convinced but will wait to see it to believe it. It also looks cheap and tacked on, not built in. I wonder if it folds down or disappears somehow?
looks awesome, I am not great at looking at poor pics to determine how the car will look in real life, but so far exterior might be really good, but interior has wowed me, I thought it would be less luxurious than that! Looks really well done, cant wait to see ultra high res pictures!
First impressions:
Looking forward to seeing more pics...
Does anyone know if the powertrain specs will also be released with the photos?
- Wow, the design is indeed very aggressive...pretty true to the concept.
- The spindle is big and wide - like an SUV version of RC
- Cool integration of the fog lights - I like it
- I do not care for the dashboard at all - it looks seriously "condensed" and like it should be a little more spread out
- Pop-up nav? Even the Rav4 has nicer integration...
- The entire back end and is very hot - like a super aggressive RX. I love it!
- Looks like Cabernet Nuluxe might be an option? Nice!

Initial impressions:
Front end looks very good,
Rear end looks too Nissan,
Interior is too overstyled for this class of car
New Lexus exterior side mirrors
New Lexus exterior door handles
Analog clock looks out of place inside
Navi screen is an ipad-stuck-on-dash affair like we're seeing with the Germans.
Awaiting better photos.

Red interior

And wow it stayed pretty damn close to concept especially the front. No way to confuse this with anything else on the road.I see WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER

Also note that is the F-SPORT interior, aluminum pedals and the steering wheel.
