Reduced Engine Power
As a matter of fact I just saw this today on another platform — this guy was experiencing what’s in the photos and then posted the TSB (see attached).
Call and make an appt at Lexus. Good Luck and keep us posted.

I also had same issue with code P125D71 on my nx200t 2015 160k miles. It's caused by the pressure discharge valve in the fuel tank not function correctly.
The issue is very annoying if you are on highway, it could put your engine to "limp" mode which limit the speed below 40miles/hour. The ECU is programmed to limit the speed when the issue happens.
I live far away from any lexus dealer, so I took the car to a nearby service. They replaced all required parts as in the TSB but not the calibration. They said it can only be done by toyota dealer.
After fixing for a week. The issue happened again, but the engine light is gone right after I restart the engine.
Will need to schedule a date to drive 3 hours to the dealer to do the calibration.

Sorry your first post has to be about issues you’re having with your NX and that your nearest dealership is 3 hrs away.
Hope all goes well and if possible, please post any helpful info that helped you resolve your issues.
