Default Goodbye Lexus

Since joining in 2007, I've always had a Lexus and love the cars, but today I decided to upgrade to a Stinger GT. It's been a fantastic community, especially all the OG members I've had the pleasure of meeting at shows. BOS and EOS were always a blast. I will continue to lurk and watch all the builds. So thank you CL community, it's been fun!

11 years with one brand, not bad at all... I think you might get back in near future, hope you enjoy your new toy Stinger!

Yea... Where is a picture?

According to his signature, it looks like @andrewwake has had a Lexus since 1992 actually. So 26 years, or almost (if the purchase was in December 1992).

Haha, no, I had a 92 and 93 SC400. Bought the 92 in 2007, and the 93 in 2009 or so after someone t-boned me in the 92. Then bought the 06 IS in 2012.

Congrats! I am likely trading my GS in for a Stinger this spring. I hope you enjoy it!

I'd consider going from a 12-13 year old Lexus to a new Stinger an upgrade.

More power
More room, both passenger and cargo
More tech features
More safety equipment
Active Suspension with 5 drive modes
New warranty
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto

Have you driven one? They're pretty amazing. I'm considering trading my GS in for one.

The downside of CL rears its ugly head. He bought a Kia. So what? Why can't people just say "congrats on your new car!" whether you think it's an upgrade or a downgrade?
