LEXUS OF SACRAMENTO
2600 FULTON AVE
service and sales are pretty decent. I bought my vehicle from them, while in Afghanistan. they were very helpful and provided decent customer service while going through this process. I understand the sales guy is there to make a buck, but he was very understanding of my situation, working with my financing company and helping to expedite the process.
they did sell the original car I was interested in and had been talking to them about , but I didn't have a retainer on it...soooo such is life.
I continue to bring my vehicle here for all services, the woman who greets everyone is generally pretty nice and helpful. the waiting room isn't bad, and the seats are pretty comfortable.
the wait times tend to be longer than at other dealerships ive been to, but not significantly so that I would find another.
the donuts are a plus....even though I don't need them
the car is washed after every service which is a bonus as well.
hope this helps for anyone in the area looking for a decent dealership for service or sales.

Stay far and away from Putnam Lexus. Their service, sales, and management teams have gone downhill and bad.
There was damage made to my car during service by their so-called "techs" and the entire dealership has denied all responsibility. I was also berated in public by their service manager. The GM is a joke. Their only concern is your pocketbook otherwise gtfo.
Their service has been a -F grade and has been for years. Do not go there.

I have mixed reviews of Coliseum Lexus Of Oakland.
I placed a custom order that was coming from the factory.
Within the first 4 weeks, I had a change of sales managers twice. The first guy had to quit and leave the country to attend family matters. Then the next guy quit 2 weeks after he my order was transferred to him.
Both of these guys, it was a little frustrating when reaching out to them. They would rarely return my calls.
The 3rd guy, he was pretty good. He would proactively call me with updates, or he would return my calls in a timely manner (within a few hours).
Once he took over, things were better.
So I think if you get the right sales manager, then things can be ok.
A downside was that the delivery specialist spent less time with me, then the one in Fremont did in 2013. It was only about 30 - 40 mins, then she said she had another appointment. She did email me and followed up on a few things.
But it would have been better to have those questions answered in person.
Their finance manager (the person I was with when signing the actual paperwork) wasn't as pushy with the extended warranty add-ons (one for general warranty; one for electronics; one for flat tires / small dents / etc.). He informed me of them, and then after I passed, he moved on.
The finance manager in Fremont in 2013 was very pushy and spent several minutes trying to make a deal, on each item.
