Question Lexus Sacramento vs Lexus Roseville service?

Hi,
Bought my CPO GX recently at Roseville, yet it was originally sold/serviced at Sacramento.
After rec’g mediocre service at Roseville during post-sale ‘fixes’, I’m trying to decide which of my local dealers I want to deal with for the regular 5k services and any other issues.

Any thought from folks who might have used one (or preferably) both of these dealers for service?

I normally go to Roseville and have gone to Sacramento once, went right back to Roseville.

If you would consider a dependable, independent shop and Folsom is not out of your area check out Shannon Family Auto. All three of my vehicles are maintained at this garage.

I’ll keep that in mind, but I’m looking for someone to fill warranty services. Thanks.
Folsom would be great, neither Lexus location is very good for me.

For me, the location was more convenient, the service department was quicker at Roseville and I liked my service advisor. I also know one of the techs is a ClubLexus member. When doing some recall work, my advisor took the initiative to look at the dash and door panel issue that happened with the 2nd gen IS and ordered me an all new dash and all door panels.

Good info... thank you.
Both locations stink for me, but Sacramento is closer to work.
That said, I scheduled at Roseville just because that’s where I bought it (CPO), and it’s the first service. I didn’t want to hear “well, you didn’t buy it here...”, when I mention a minor issue I didn’t notice at purchase time.

And the comment(s) above certainly didn’t hurt.
