This is the official 408 SouthBay caravan to "Finesse: End of Summer" hosted by Lexus of Pleasanton!

Event and caravan registration closes at 11:59PM Friday 9/16/2016
Joining a caravan doesn't get you into the event, you MUST REGISTER! and you must be a part of the caravan to get in before the event starts and park with rest of us.

Note: If you have walkie talkies, bring them and batteries! Grab food and coffee early... we will be leaving on time and SHARP.

Some Rules and Guidelines:
1. No burn outs, loud music, sideshows, etc. at the parking lot
2. Avoid speeding and weaving through traffic (This is not a race)
3. Try to stay in formation, single lane
4. Please do not cut off the caravan lead (hint: I have a dash cam).

Doing these simple things will make us less noticed by law enforcement. I am sure your fellow club mates would appreciate less attention from law enforcement.

How will in and out access to our car be?

Just notify the staff if you need to leave early or have emergency that you need to leave. From past experience, It will be difficult in the morning/noon for access to your car since other cars will be staging and people will be walking around all over the lot. In and out access will be more difficult. But in afternoon, things will settle and so it is easier to leave.

You can go into and out of your car at anytime.

Raj the super mod can help clarify or correct me if I am wrong.

And how far will the non registered cars have to park?

Non-registered vehicles will park in the section across from registered members along with other mixed non-Lexus vehicles. There is a map on the original event thread here https://www.clublexus.com/forums/nor...18-2016-a.html
