Default Bodyshop for painting/installing front lip?

Greetings everyone

I've recently acquired a used 2011 Lexus IS250 6MT,
I'm very excited and actually have a list of mods in mind already.

one of them is getting a Wald (replica) front lip

i made some calls and one shop actually quoted me $500-600...

Now, it's been over a decade since i last modified these big toys, is it just me or is the price a bit high?
i was expecting around $200-300 painted and installed, or has time really changed?

Any input/advice is welcome, thanks!

p.s. i'm in east bay area

I paid $150 to have mine painted,

Performance Paint & Towing

Call them and see if they can still do it for $150

$500-600 is standard insurance price. Most body shop don't like charging normal price because it is just a waste of time to them.

I got my lips painted for cheap but the paint match is not perfect.

I am still looking for somewhere to install my Wald replica

+1 for Reliance Auto Body. They did my front bumper and Tom's kit, and the results were perfect.
