Default Detailers in SF/Pennisula for Coating

Anyone have any recommendations for detailers, near SF? I'd like to get something like Opti-coat or glass/gloss coat applied.

Otherwise, I might take it to DetailAddict

I took my Lexus IS 350 F Sport recently to Spider Auto Glass in San Jose and I think they did an amazing job. Jason did an amazing job and spent alot of hours on just working on the car and they had it for about a week as I drove it for 2k miles already. He really knows his stuff so check them out! I have to go back soon as they provide the first car wash for free.

Something along the lines of, $1k for detailing plus $890 for the 'ceramic coating'.

LOL! You're better off just buying the tools and product. It'll probably cost you around $500 for everything, but you'll have enough to do 3-5 cars. Check autogeek, they have a forum and provide plenty of instructional videos.

Problem is that you cannot put Opticoat Pro on your own as that is not for consumer. What you are thinking is Opticoat 2.0 or glass that is not permanent at all. Some places have stated that they do opticoat but they are really using the consumer grade, so watch out for those.

Did you ever find a place to go to? I'm considering this as well but not sure if it's worth +$1k.
