Raj,
if everyone can roll in at around 10 you can ask Brian to save a section with the # of cars already signed up on you list. You can hold thoes spots for CL members until say 10:30 before giving up the spots to others.
You can be at the front entry to identify CL members on our list. This way non-CL regestered Lexus do not take your spots for those who signed up.
Again please check with Brian if you can coordinate this.
I will be there with Brian on Friday night to set up stall assignments.

Thanks for the phone text. I will only be spectator/videographer. I'm going to show up at 10am so I can get some good shot of CL family rolling in.

Just a note that though there are awards available, keep in mind that this doesn't mean you must be show worthy to park with the crew. ClubLexus is here to rep as a group, to park as a group and support this worthy charity. This is a chill event and a great way to meet other members in a relaxed environment and to get a lot of mod ideas and help as well.
This is all about networking. Honestly most of the people who post for help on this forum section don't personally know the local active members. Why seek help from strangers when you can get direct advice and gain new friends?
