just to let people know that there are only 2 entry/exit driveways in this corner lot mall:
(The 3rd entry/exit driveway - via the condo garage is not recommended)
1st entry driveway = somewhat lowered friendly but still have to angle your vehicle.
- it's best to be on Montague Expressway in either Westbound or Eastbound direction heading towards River Oaks.
- As you turn at the corner of Montgue Expressway (either left or right turn) into River Oaks,
just about 100 Feet, there's a left turn only lane into the 1st entry driveway which will lead u to Premiere Pizza's front door as you keep turning your car left to the parking spaces.
- But if you go straight as you enter the 1st driveway, There's a condo garage entry and Inside the gargage is where the condo cars are parked but there's a steep speed-bump.
- If you get stuck in this condo garage and have to keep going straight to find an exit, this is the dreadful 3rd exit out of this mini mall thru this garage but I do not recommened it.
- Your lowered car will not make it unless you're ok w/ having a cracking front lip/side skirt/scraped exhaut tip. It is very steep and nasty.
2nd entry driveway = really meant for exiting. medium steepness. Therefore, you will really need to focus here and take up the entire length of the driveway. you will make it without any damage if you take your time.
NOTE: Diagonally to the mini-mall is River Oaks and Seely Ave. There's a current condo contruction project at that corner and the asphalt may have some uneven cracks and gravel on the road of Seely Ave.
You can either come in on Montague Expressway to River Oaks or Seely Ave. to River Oaks, but I don't recommened the Seely Ave. road due to the semi-banged up road on Seely Ave. You never know if you get a screw or nail on this Seely Ave road.
So your best bet is Montague Expressway or River Oaks as entry/exit points to Premiere Pizza.
I hope you still attend but don't get discouraged from my comments.
Just looking out and making sure those who are not familiar w/ the area are aware of the situation.

This event is not critical to know if you are attending or not, since table reservations do not need to be made; the Pizza Place normally closes early but they are staying open just for us, so we have the place almost all to ourselves.
You pay as you order, you sit anywhere since it is open seating of which there is plenty of room for everyone.
People will come and go as they please, but if you are a new member, it would be good to join us at the dinner table so we can get to know you. After dinner everyone will be scattered in various groups around their cars, at that point it's hard to know who is new and who hasn't been greeted.
