Thats not good lol. I was looking at the 2jzgte ecu diagram and the pin te1 is pin 20 of the smaller ecu connector. If you can see if that pin is connected to any of your body harness. If it is then you are in luck because e11 is just a ground so if you ground te1 your diagnostic should show up on your cluster. Forgot to ask is your swap vvti or non vvti?
