It has ALWAYS been the largest gathering of Northern California member cars for 10 years strong.

For most of the other events that we participate in, there is only but a fraction of the members attending.

EOS 3 Was memorable for many reasons. Back then the event was held by Lexus of Stevens Creek at the Service Center site near the SJ Airport.

1. This was the first year we came up with the Exhaust show off idea. Back then it was a competition divided into two classes, V8 motored and 6 cylinder cars. The spectators submitted their ballots and voted by peoples choice.

2. The VIP scene was just growing in the US back then. Many of those who were there witnessed the first Prominent VIP Styled GS to come to this country owned by JunctionGS. It was fully decked out in the entire Junction Produce line of products. We were just getting used to the whole tire stretch / flush / stanced out look and this car paved the way in this country. The most notable item was the Air bag suspension which again, very few people had seen such a set up at this point in time. The highlight was when JunctionGS entered the Exhaust Competition and layed on this little treat at the end.

3. Another memory was the video of the event shot by Jawnthen. We posted the video DVD available online for the locals to buy and to my surprise, we had orders coming from all over the world including Europe and Austrailia ! Jawnthen started from filming many NorCal videos back then to today where he works for a major CG Studio here in the Bay Area where he has contributed to movies such as Charolotte’s Web, Beverly Hills Chihuahua and Twilight.

4. The last good memory from EOS 3 was the raffle items. We gave away over $10,000 worth of raffle items such as sway bars, clear bra and a complete set of tires and rims. We gave away so many items that EVERY participant won something on our Spin and Win wheel. Basically, the wheel had dollar amounts between $10 and $100, so whatever dollar amount you got, you could pick an item on the table worth that amount.

My first EOS, EOS3 where was I volunteered and it was also a time to connect with new people and old friends. I remember the exhaust compeition that took place and being able to talk with myan old friend Bruce for the better part of the event. For those of you that remember Junction John scrapping his exhaust (on purpose) made everyone go ohh, but I bet the Steven's Creek staff weren't too happy to have scrap marks on the asphalt.

Overall the show was a great vibe and those that help and put the show together were one large family. Time sure flies by...

This will be my second EOS event... my first one was EOS 9 in Pleasanton.

I was blown away by how many cars shown up. I can still remember meeting RMMGS4 for the first time in person with the blue super charged 1IS. Too bad I had to take off early for my bro's baby shower, but I had fun hanging out and getting to know all the CL members.

i have 2 great memories.

first one is eos1, when bunch of us who never really met before grouped together and created an event that eventually carried on for 10 years. meeting glen and few others have been one of the best things in my life. we have all become close family friends ever since

second one is at the end of eos5 when i officially called it a quit and stopped organizing any meets. it was a big moment of relief

Everyone made me feel like I was welcome, no egos, no "so your car is stock why are you here"

Plenty of great advise and great friends, no matter the length of time or distance, the friendships always start up just like old times.

This forum and the people I have met have been what you always think a car forum would be.

There are plenty of other people on here that have done way more to their cars then I would ever dream of doing, yet they still are very supportive and helpful.

When I look at my 2GS, its what I always wanted, but there are CL members and stories behind how I got it way.
