Spirit of Japan festival and car show 2011 (Oct 1, 2011)
Just thought some of you would like to know the San Jose Spirit of Japan festival is back.
FREE ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC - Street Festival for all to enjoy!
Car Show details:
Vehicle (car ruckus motorcycle truck) registration $25
BMX and BIKE display is back! FREE SPACE TO DISPLAY BIKES!
Vendor space available! (email for details and hook up pricing)
Awards:
Best of Show 1-3
Best Import 1-3
Best Euro 1-3 & more TBA (based on registrations)
Staging:
First come first served style 8-10:30am
Register Early!

It's unfortunate that this event is the day before EOS, of which many of us who have gont to Spirit of Japan in the past will be prepping for EOS as well as attending pre-EOS activities on the day of this show.
I have already spoken with Junior about this conflict so he is fully aware that we will not have the representation he would normally expect for this activity.
I do regret missing this hometown event myself, however if anyone else is game to attend this event plus attend EOS the next day they are welcome to try, but last I heard there are only about 20 spots left, so you better register right away.
Perhaps I will come out and spectate.

Im not expecting to win anything so me being at 2 shows in a weekend is no biggie, just going to have a good time. Wash the ride nice for the first day, spray detailer for EOS.
