evhs car & bike show charity event AFTERMATH THREAD
It was a PERFECT if not exceptionally warm November day to hold THE LAST NorCal Certified meet for the year.
There were over 650 of some of NorCals best cars in attendance. The Quality Level of the cars and the Crew Participation was exceptional.
I'm hearing that the school raised over $3250 in entry proceeds and another 10% net proceeds from the food vendor sales. Low car friendly, spacious parking, Live Music, shaded parking for 90% of the cars plus a cool breeze, made for a very pleasing venue. Combine this with a well organized parking layout, roll in process and registration staff and all I can say is BIG PROPs to JoshIS408 for putting together a great event.
I know Josh has been working on this event for months and he worked very hard to make this a successful event. I happened to drive by the parking lot around midnight the night before and I ran into Josh working on his own to clear out cars left over from a previous activity and also to rope off the area in prep for his event the next day. He was there Sunday morning with his staff at 7. All I can say is "The kid has a lot of Energy".
The ClubLexus crew repped very well with a surprisingly good representation from the IS300, 2IS, 2GS, 3GS and LS models.
In fact We took home the Best Crew Award of the meet ! ! !
It was great seeing a lot of the crew come out and meeting new members this one last time for this year. Looking forward to when the meet season starts back up in February 2011 with WekFest.
Time for EVERYONE to get ready for winter break and do some new mods to debut next year.
Again great job Josh and I'll see most of you in the spring/summer of 2011 !

I need to post alot of pictures. found a few videos today in my comp class. Youtubes blocked from what i have heard there are a few on there aswell. I wish there was a video when the lot was at its prime and both sides were completly full and cars were driving in circles trying to find parking
