It was actually a 1995 E36 m3. I was directly right behind the guy who crashed, He flipped right in front of me. I was the grey BMW E90 on the side of the road with the cf hood. He attempted to drift or something. Tried to recover by counter steering but was too slow and hit the rocks and flipped on its roof and slide about 100ft. I couldn't see crap just dust and dirt in the air i just tried to slow down as fast as i could but his bumper and other objects from his car still managed to hit my car. The driver came out of his e36 with just a cut but i'm sure he'll be hurting tomorrow. Everyone kept talking crap saying the bmw's were ****ing around and that wasn't the case he was the only one that was zig zagging around in our caravan of G's, 350z's, and S2000's. I was just a random BMW in their group because my friends have G's. Hopefully for future events people won't try to show off especially when their are so many cars around. This accident could have been a lot worse for sure.

This was his car

OH my that's horrible. Glad he ended up okay but yes, that was a very selfish move considering all the cars that were around. Hoping your car didn't get too much damage from the flying debris.

some people dont understand that doing this can put so many people in danger. Cars and Mods can be replace, but a life on the hand cannot. I'm glad everybody is ok.

Honestly i don't know where he and the older m5 came from he might of been in the caravan and just made his way up the line to the front where all the G's and S2's were but i'm really not sure. All i know is when we were driving i looked back and he was like 8 cars back and i said "hey cool another bimmer" i felt alone being in a sea of jdmness lol. The caravan was making room for normal people that were trying to pass the group and i guess he just got in front by driving behind one of the normal cars till he was next to me and then bam...he attempted to show me his DK skills.

the m3 was part of the caravan i set up in campbell. him and a few others decided to take off before the rest of the group. in a way kinda glad he did, so the rest of the group didnt get caught. the prelude hit the center divide trying to avoid the m3. im guessing he was first in his group to turn the corner.

i talked to the guy in the prelude. He was about 10 cars behind this whole incident. He said he just couldn't stop in time when all the other cars were stopping and he was on bald tires on wet pavement. The prelude crashed way further up then where the m3 crashed. I was directly behind the m3 who crashed and close to it was a M5, G35, and two S2000's that was all.
