Aftermath: WEK-FEST 2010 Japan Town Gathering "NORCAL CERTIFIED" Activity
It was a looong day starting at 6:30am on Sunday and meeting up with the whole crew and leaving at 7:30 for J-Town.
The spectator line was so big, that it took up to two hours for people to get in to the venue.
There were eventually so many people that the Fire Marshall had to halt admission.
I will have an update on the actual headcount, but my source says attendance was well over 20,000 ! !
It was great hanging with the SoCal and NorCal crew ALL DAY ALL NIGHT for 2+ days. As much as this activity is focused on the cars, the REAL reason why the CL crew comes together is because of the people. Though we all are proud to rep for Lexus and CL, and though there is a focus to gather some awards, the friendships and comradarie was the best thing about this weekend by far. We ARE family. Please take a moment to read Post #35 by Jedidiah who flew in from Texas. As much as his compliments were directed to me, my point is that his words are a TRUE reflection of our crew and the people. I hope to see more people come out of cyberspace and I encourage new members to join us in upcoming activities and become a REAL part of the CL community.

Overall out of the 21 entrants repping for CL at WEK-FEST, we took home 6 trophies.
In addition 6 other CL members also took home awards repping for other crews.

passed by j town was going to try to get in but saw the line around the corner. said akkk forget it. hope everyone had a good time and cant wait to see the pics
