Yes I know that. That's how past EOS has always been. Owners DO get recognition for the modifications they do. IMHO, EOS has always been the biggest Lexus gathering. Not a car show ala Import Showoff.

I don't see what's the big deal. If you want to be in the car show competition, then pay $35...and $20 if you don't. Remember that all this is going to a good cause. I am sure that BC-GS430 and all the others organizer are not making money off this event or any other previous event. Take into consideration that all these members are donating their time and labor to make this event a blast each and every year. I am sure that there are fees that accrue with organizing an event(raffle ticket, DJs, location fee, electricity, papers, name tag, markers, etc, etc) that we don't know about. Someone has to pay for this. I pretty sure some of the organizing member took their time to meet and recruit sponsor and see what they can raffle out to us members. This is time away from their family or time away from work where they can earn ovetime pay, ect. Remember that these organizers are doing it so everone will enjoy...not to make money. I know that in the past EOS was a place to meet and learn, but each year, it get bigger and things change. And this year the organizer decide that it will be a meet and also a car show, then so be it. Just pay the $35 or $20 and learn new mods, meet new friends...that priceless. For those that complain about the fees, maybe you can organize EOS7 and do it for free. That's my opinion...See you all there!!!

wow... I didn't know people were against the idea of a "car show competition", it's just a friendly event. I for one will not enter that portion but will probably get the EOSix shirt with the $20 entry registration.

I know we have changed the direction and made it very friendly where If people want to have a chance to see If other will vote of best gs and other trophies then why not ... this is everyone to have the best time and We all have spend lots of time and effort making sure this EOS is the one meet where we can remember through the whole year ... I'm sure that it will stand out from the rest ...

Our main sponcer has spent alot on this event (time and $$$) , And I can assure that this will be the one that stands out ...

Lexus members do not need to participate in the show ... Its another great option to see how your efforts have paid off ...

For me I dont have a HIN car (forsure) but this is an effort for people to enjoy mine ... on display...

but for an extra 15 .. you have a chance to take home a trophie ...

but I know every effort will be shown through..

I am happy !!
