I've been taking my 96 LS400 to Mikado motor works in Gilroy and they have been very good about regular service, etc. Not sure about mods though. Hope this helps.

Car Mechanic in the Northern Cal. Area

Can someone please recommend me a car shop that can be trusted doing an excellent job near the following areas: daly city, San mateo or even in San jose. It's not just for the is-f. I can yelp or Google it but I think I'll get more solid referrals from you guys.

Well elite performance at burlingame is a good shop. Price is a little bit higher but they make it right the first time.

I want someone that you all trust and really knows what they're doing and getting the job done right the very first time. I only have this weekend as I'm new to my job and unable to simply just ask for a day off. Please advise! Thanks

Check Engine is on... but I want to be proactive and fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed to avoid such problems. Do you have any one?
