I called Exact Motorsports on Monday and confirmed a Tues. 1st spot opening.
I came in today and they exactly specified the things that they will do for a 30K service tune-up and provided a quote.
I agreed and they gave me a loaner car at 10:30am cause it'll take an entire business day.
They called me around 4:30pm and said, "It's Done".

Whoah...didn't know John and Sandy were on here from Exact. These are great folks who I've had the pleasure of working with since the time they used to be in Sunnyvale (5+ years ago). They offer very competitive prices and excellent work on everything from my setting up my old Supra TT's to regular maintenance on my LS430. Top class all around!

After reading the positiive comments about Exact Motorsports and finding out they specialize in many car services, I might just head to their location and check it out and possibly getting my car tuned in the future!

after my 30k tune-up, about a week later, I hear this clicking noise inside my wheel well.
So I call up Exact and asked if I can come in really quick to check it out the same day.

They said ok. I came in later that afternoon and John was kind enough to drop what he was doing and we did a quick ride around the block. Got back to the shop and carefully inspected the wheel well to see any loose plastic or anything that was getting in the way of the rim/tire.
The springs were fine and so was everything else. We found out that the loose side skirt was cause the clicking noise at 65+mph. That was it. I was a happy camper.

EM does stand by their work and I felt confident that they can diagnose the issue or make any fixable recommendations and reassure me that my car was in great condition.

I don't suggest you take your car in everytime you just dropped it off recently (a few days afterwards) for work to be done, but if there's any viable issue that you think or feel uncomfortable with, just call them ahead of time and they're let you know if they are really busy and will do their best to fit you into their schedule. They really care about their customers' opinions and are very willing to work w/ you on any issue that you may encounter.

Just call them up, tell them you're w/ CL and what you want done, whether it's HID install, springs/coilvers suspension, tuning, maintenance or anything else that they may be able to do. Get an estimate, schedule a date/time, bring the car in, get a loaner car "Acura Legend" if it's an all-day thing and they'll take care of you.

Oh, they have rims, HID kits, brace/sway bars and other aftermarket h/w items in-house or they can order those items as well. It's basically a one-stop-shop for all your tuning/performance service.

It just feels good to have a reliable shop that can understand and take care of your needs.

Thanks EM.

John @ Exact Motorsports

call Sandy she can give you quote and schedule a time:

http://exactmotorsports.com/

907 Hanson Ct
Milpitas, CA 95035
408-416-0061
408-263-8100

They have done alot of the work for many of the NorCal and do a great job. They installed my Eibach springs and John did a great job, I think Putz and a few others also had springs installed there. I was in and out in a few hours.

I have an appointment on Tuesday at Exact to swap my springs to Eibachs. They quoted me $270. Don't tell me I'm getting ripped.
