I took my camaro down and raced it and the windows were tinted very dark and it was not a problem. They so they can see you inside the car when you are staging. If your windows are not blacked out then you should have no problem.

We still on for the 10?

Very sorry guys. The wife is working late so I have to stay home with the kid. Being a school night, I have to stay home.

Geeze, just when you think your life is no longer controlled by homework !

So when does the season start back up?

I really wanna go, and I know there are others that want to as well.

Looks like rain for the next couple of days. Hate to use that as an excuse but mid-week this week is just not very good. Looks like the season starts up again in March. <sigh> I'm such a weenie.

Oh well.
There's a nice stretch of road in Millbrae by the new go-karting place.

I guess you mean there is an empty road there for some "street" racing??? I've been to the GoKart Racer there on Adrian Rd, Burlingame, but Adrian Rd is only one lane w/ lots of businesses there. What road are you referring to?

Btw, since its rainy season, who is up for a gtg at GoKart Racer?

P.S. For the really old school folks...who out there remember the impromptu street drags at Great Highway by Ocean Beach?

I'd rather not disclose the name of the street but don't worry, it's not Adrian Rd.

I'm definitely down for some GoKart racing.

And the impromptu Great Highway runs were the best. Up until a few weeks ago I used to think that there are only 2 ways out. Then I realised that my car easily makes a U-turn at the crosswalks =)

hey sportcoupe, if you don't disclose the road, how are the rest of us gonna test our 0-60 times?!? j/k. maybe after some gokarting we could swing by there.

oh when i was talking about street drags at great highway, i was referring to a long, long, long time ago when great hway didn't have any intersections/crosswalks between lincoln way and fulton. also the parking area was in between the three northbound and three southbound lanes (used to race 2 or 3 cars at at time. plus in those days there were those sand dunes btw lincoln way and sloat blvd. actually i didn't know people still race over there nowadays.
