Are there any folks in the SF area that want to roll to SJ for the meet?

We can all meet at Serramonte Mall, next to Good Guys at 8:45 9/26,

initially, I wasn't planning on going that early, but since we don't have guaranteed spots.



We have to head out early, the East Bay convoy is leaving around 9:30. How about that?

I think we should leave the bay at around 9:00 to get a decent parking spot at the meet.
I say meet at 8:45 @ In-N-Out in Daly City.
Any objections/suggestions?

EDIT: If we decide to meet up with the East Bay convoy, we should just meet up around Hillsdale.

I left a message on the East Bay Convoy thread to meet in the Hillsdale area if they were interested.
I'm pretty sure we'll get a few more folks in the area. There's another SC in my area, then two others with an SC430 and an IS. So we'll see, it's still pretty early.

another SFer here. i would be interested in forming a caravan, possibily meeting at Stonestown/Daly City (Westlake Shopping Center).

I wasn't planning on joinin the convoy if it started @ 9:30, but now that the time has changed to 8:45 or 9 am thats the time my friend and I were planning on leaving SF anyways we still might do it. In and Out burger, not much parking and usually busy. Most of those places listed are pretty close so any is fine. I guess it all depends on how many are in the convoy.

I still find it amazing there's an In-N-Out in Daly City. When I was growing up there, I remember places like Gemco, Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor, Pizza & Pipes...and who can't forget, the good ol McDonalds outside Serramonte w/a windmill and the one inside the mall where all the old filipino guys hang out to talk.

BC_GS430 is right about In-N-Out in DC, it is a small lot that is shared w/ Krispy Kreme which should have activity in the morning.

Hey flipside, I see you're old school also, cuz I also used to hang out at Gemco, Farrell's, and Pizza and Pipes (geez I can't remember what city P&P was in). But in regards to Farrell's, which is now called Toons, that has plenty of parking in the morning before Serramonte mall opens up, and would be a good meeting spot. Since I'm from So City that would be close, but so would Hillsdale Mall which would be on the way.

Krispy Kreme isn't too far from me, Serramonte is cool too. At least at krispy Kreme, we can have some donuts. It also seems that the majority wants to head out earlier, so I'm okay with 8:45.
