Spectrum Collision in Arlington, VA does real quality work. They have a process for coding parts on your car, disassembling, doing the repair properly and then reassembly. They do collision and restoration. The owner will happily explain it to you if you stop by. I'd go there for quality or a spray and mask place if you want quick and cheap. If they were a garage I would trust them to torque things down to spec if you catch my drift.
