sup everyone?? the reason for this thread is to see if there is enough interest here to start a club. This club wouldn't just be for meets, but for everything, events to meets, to getting discounts on parts, being a part of a community, using our diverse backgrounds to achieve something new, better, innovative, and most importantly... FUN!

before i start organizing anything, i want to see who's interested... what do you do for a living or what kind of skills you have or connections... i need to get an idea of the network we have...

i also came up with a team name... tell me what u think.. ( fLEXin Innovations)

refLEXion

yeah..some of those are bad... but i kinda like fLEXin Innovations... anyways..i have a million ideas... but before i
continue to move forward... lets see who's DOWN!!

oh yeah.. this club will have strict guidelines.. and will have honorary members (non-lexus)

 

Yo, I'm down if thats alright. I got some crazy ideas myself but I wanted to do some kinda club thing. Every other club near me is full of all **** cars.

Actually I was working on the same thing here in Maryland. I happen to have alot of connections. I work as a crew member for Team Lexus, I am helping Mohamad test the SRT Suoer Chargers, and have connections at Lexus HQ.

Where as far as the names I woudl hold a few meetings and let everyone descide from there.

 

okay..im glad we have some interest... but don't forget to list what kind of skills or connections you have... that is very important when looking at the big picture... we will need (kelby) someone for graphic design, need to make banners, get sponsorships, apparel, stickers, tents, chairs....etc... and thats just the beginning...

i've talked with one of the co-founders of Team Lexstacy....they have on and off about 25 or so members... in the future, once we get the ball rolling, there is a chance we may merge with Team Lexstacy to create an even bigger & better club/team(Lextacy Innovations??)

anyways... gotta get more people together.. once we start to organized this, and figure out about how many people we have, i will go to Hoffman Lexus, Respect Innovations, and other places to find sponsors. I dont think that will be a problem...

need more people than 3 though... and i changed my mind about the name.. not fLEXin, but fLEXed Innovations..... also, TED, i like you and joe's idea about gtho, but i wanted this to be LEX club/team... therefore using Lex in the name would be appropriate.. but on the same note, using the word flex, either as flexin or flexed allows anyone to also be an honorary member if they dont have a Lex. reason being that flex can be seen as..... well...im sure u see what im talking about...flexin ur muscle...flexin ur ride.. making ur ride as "strong" as possible..

anyways... if that made sense... raise ur hand..
