New to Dallas: Aftermarket wheel and tire shop in northern Dallas?

I've been browsing some wheel and tire packages on eBay in the price range of $1500 but would prefer to buy local.

Can anyone recommend a wheel shop with decent selection and pricing? Also putting in tints but found more info on that.
