Default Disabled veteran...Need help moving in North Texas

Hey gang, my wife and I are going to be moving our belongings out of storage at my folks' place (NW Fort Worth) and into our new place in Van Alstyne, TX (30 mins north of Dallas). I am disabled and cant walk all that well or lift heavy, my wife has a bad back and movers arent really a cost effective option.

So I was wondering, if I buy lunch, how many people would be willing to show up either in NW fort worth or at our new home in Van Alstyne (whichever is closer for you) to help us either load or unload a Penske moving truck.

The home was donated to us through a program called Homes4WoundedHeroes, and while they will likely have a small team of volunteers, every hand helps! We don't have much (came from a 2br apartment), but alot of what we do have is very heavy.

If you cannot, do not feel obligated. I don't have a move-in date yet, but as soon as I do I will post it here.

Sweet guys! Looks like we close on the 20th of feb, so I will let ya'll know a date and time for move in both here and on the FB page.

I want to make it clear that from the location where we load up to the new place is about an hr and a half drive.

Looking like we move in on the 6th. I start work on the 3rd, so we asked about moving assistance.

They have a team of volunteers standing by on call to move everything. All I have to do is pay for a truck.
