Default Looking to get hood lights fixed.

There was a SMALL fender bender last year, and do to my wife's health issues I never got around to fixing the issue.

My hood, when closed, doesn't seem to be all the way down. After you latch the hood, you can lift the hood up approx. 1/8 in. Also my headlights seem to be bouncing now when driving. Prob. tabs broken.

The hood and bumper (brand new and self installed) seem to line up perfectly.

Do you know of anyone that could take a look at it and see what the issue is? I would like to have one of the fellow members look at it, rather than take it to a body shop so I can see exactly what the cause and fix is. If it turns out to be major work, then I may hold off for a while.

Anyone up to helping me tackle the problem?
