I will be smoking approximately 20-25lbs of pork shoulder, also know as Boston butte, for BBQ sandwiches. Please bring an item, whether food/drinks or cups/plates/forks/spoons. Let me know what you intend to bring, and lets have fun!

There are on-site permanent restrooms, plenty of shade, and a playground for the kids.
I will be there bright and early (around 8am) so that I can reserve a pavilion, as they are first come, first serve. I am planning on 11am as the arrival time, but if you wish to come earlier, feel free.
