Question 98-05 lexus gs300/400/430 tein flex coilover kit

I had this suspension taken off today...I replaced it with the L-Tuned springs and KYB GR2 Struts ($1700) at Davenport Motor Co. in Plano. Does anyone know what I should ask for them? They have about 7k miles on them. Too stiff for my wife! When I get the ISF she will be driving this one for a while and wanted it soft (I spent $1600 on these--98-05 LEXUS GS300/400/430 TEIN FLEX COILOVER KIT)?

A good condition low mileage(less than 10k) set can sell for around $1000-1100 range, but sometimes you have to be able to prove it(reciepts/shop install invoices and stuff like that). Higher mileage ones 15-20k will sell for around $700-800 range. I might buy another GS in the near future, so I may take that set off your hands. I'll see if we can work out a deal or something. If you ever need a full timing belt/water pump/engine seals job done...I can do it for free in exchange for the coilovers

I'm serious about it. I'll cover the parts(Toyota OEM) and do the labor in exchange for the coils. To do the same job at the dealership will run north of $2000. Keep in mind I do much more than the basic timing belt job. I also do the water pump, all rubber seals and gaskets, thermostat, valve cover gaskets, acessory belt, front main seal, camshaft seals, and pretty much every rubber part on the engine. Let me know if you're interested and we can deal. I work on several of the GS300/IS300s in the DFW area and all those people can vouch for my quality of work.

Yes I can prove it. I have all the invoices on PDF and paper! I know how much the labor cost first hand...I have a new water pump, timing belt, drive belt, spark plugs, brakes, upper oil pan seal replaced 11hr job, rear main seal, all my fluids flushed and then some ALL done at Park Place Lexus. Spent over $5k just in service this year! Where were you???

Thanks for the feedback.

Jeff,

How long will it take you to remove the front bumper and change the head lamp housings?
