German doesn't do alignments. I've used NTB w/o any issues. Dallas Frame & Alignment is good. You can also check out Cobb Tuning in Plano.

I am pretty sure NTB knows a lot more than you on alignments if not firestone. They do good work. ANY good alignment shop will set it to factory spec unless you tell them to set it custom but they might not warranty that.
