Thanks for asking man. I changed the OP to reflect what I was trying to accomplish. I want to get a bike again but I (like probably everyone else) need some cash for other projects

sorry to burst ur bubble but dats not a real type R for several reasons. So its a Conversion
1.Usdm type R's do come in 5 lug
2.Usdm type R's do not come with the red Honda emblem only JDM type R's are hondas
3 and if it was a real type R the vin should say DC2
4.AND USDM ARE NOT RHD
5 Itr rims do not come in 4lug
6 AND USDM DO NOT COME WITH JDM FRONTS-UNLESS U DID THE ITR FRONT CONVERSION
7 USDM Recaros are not red they're in black only Jdm recaros are red
so know da difference between usdm and JDM buddy
and if you wanna sell it faster join Da honda forum www.floridahondacrew.com
and do the 2000 converion witch consist of 2000 fenders, hood, and front bumper witch you aready have all u need is da 2000 back bumper and you will sell i don't garrantee da 15k u might get 7-8 but it will sell

2.You are correct there (only JDM ITR's come with RED Honda emblems that kinda why mine has one on it from the factory)
3. Since it is a REAL JDM ITR it does start with DC2 and ends with 1206208 (as in the VIN for the car is the orginal 12 digit chassi code from the factory in a little place I like to JAPAN!!)

when i had my usdm type r it came with 5 lug and it came with a usdm front, and black recaros
as long it it says Dc2 ur str8
and thanx it was my old integra i used 2 have 3 years ago
