I wish i would have looked up this dealers reputation before i made purchase of certified pre owned vehicle.

bought a certified pre owned 2010 rx350 with 39k miles.
after taking it home i noticed all four tires are dry rotted. Took it back and Sales Manager Danny stated tires have tread life left and that they are still good. Is this guy an Idiot. How could you say that tread life is only indication for life of tire. The tires on vehicle are dangerous and he refused to change them.

I contacted Lexus headquarters, BBB, and even news. I can't believe a company such as Lexus will sell a certified vehicle with tires that can have a blowout and cause an accident.

I have to admit floor sales guy Brandon was great. I recommend him. Its dealers fault they did not properly inspect their vehicles. Last think I thought was to inspect a vehicle that is "certified "
