more like wakfest. i was severely under-entertained here. sound from the dj booth sucked (who brings 2 speakers for over 200k sq ft of indoor space???), no real fun or festivities here, just 5 hours for the judges to walk around and judge, however i think a ton of cars went unjudged.

wakfest east is an over hyped event with no substance on the east coast with a fan base that they've earned from seemingly good events on the west. I am really wondering what the true draw was here.

5 hours of judging who got what in their respective classes (Lexus, VIP etc...)?

Everything is going downhill it seems. All the major meets are truly not what they used to be. It's all about who you go with, and just to have a good time.

Yeah.....the show was pretty boring. The cars were the same as the prior show which were the same as the prior show which were the same as the meet before......and some of the higher end builds haven't changed in years. I brought the RX out since I thought everyone would be tired of my GS and SC.

I know all the car where the same as before! They need new builds or new cars, idk it was kinda weird. I just breezed through the show.

thats the thing with most car shows local. you will see the same cars. Plus i think the judges only pick your car if they know you or popular. Ever since that one year at Etown when i entered my Turbo IS and i lost to a stock GS wtih just wheels i never put my car in shows. Now i just go as a spectator and hang out with the crew.
