So who has been talking to people and spreading the word? How much support has been shown?

I talked to a few non-Lexus (Scion/Toyota) people from Long Island and they seem interested but their concerne was a location. I believe English Town should be a great location since it's in the middle from everyone down South and up North. Also, they have a huge lot and a drag strip for those who want to show off!
Another thing would be trying to get Shops/Companies to come support the event while they sell they products.
I think this should be brought up tomorrow at the Lexus of Route 10 Meet!

I agree Englishtown would be a perfect spot. It has plenty of room for vendors/car show. Also if ppl want to drag their cars they have the option to do so as well. I know they host all types of meets there like WRX VS Evo, Honda Day(which is a 2 day event) and other big events. Im pretty sure if we have somebody talk to them they would be willing to host it. As far as vendors we would have to reach out to those that carry Lexus/Toyota parts and who would be interested. I could talk to one of the shops I deal with (Tach Motor Works) and they would be down to be a vendor.

So I think its safe to say that we want to secure Englishtown for the event! I think it'd also help to get local businesses, dealerships, and PD onboard.

Just wanted to take the time to check in with everyone! We've all been busy and especially with winter rolling in a lot of us have put our cars on ice or "winterized" them. I think Englishtown would be a great place to hold a ToyotaFest Revival! I'm wanna get with some of our guys in Jersey and hopefully get up there in January and check it out and actually sit down with some of you! NELOC for ToyotaFest.....lets go!!!
