Just an idea since this is going to be a MEGA meet and end of Summer meet we should make it a full weekend. GO BIG OR GO HOME type of meet. Figured that would give some of the VA and MD guys a chance to come up. I know they probably dont want to drive 8hrs to come hang out for only a few hrs then to turn back around and drive another 8hrs back. Lets make it a weekend that way they can come up Friday night and then enjoy the full day of Sat and then head back Sunday night so that they can make it to work on Monday. Im pretty sure depending on the location we can make a weekend schedule of events. Listed below could be something we could do.


Friday, Sept 27th
* Arrivals
* Dinner


Saturday, Sept 28
* BBQ at the park (which one TBA)
* Games ( football, baseball, basketball if the location has open area or can accomedate the sports. )
* Raffles (maybe we can try and get some sponsors)
* Photoshoot ( 1 big picture with just our cars if possible and 1 with just the ppl if possible)
* Cruise( a nice cruise around breaking ppls necks and show them how we roll)
* Dinner
* Late night activities(bars, clubs, whatever)

Sunday, Sept 29
* Awaken at the crack of noon
* Prepare for departure
* Farewell luncheon
* Good-byes to friends, old and new! (sniff)

What do you guys think about that???? if that doesnt work maybe we can try and get a Lexus Dealership to see if they are willing to host a meet for us??

I like your ideas TJ. The whole point is to bring everyone together for this one. CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and VA. This is the meet to bring the entire NELOC crew in one place. No excuses!

Yea i figured if we make a a full weekend it would give everybody the chance to make it and not have to worry about driving back the same day. Now we just have to figure out a location then everything will fall into place after that.


I think we are trying to find a spot in south jersey area. Any suggestions??

I'm not to familiar with sj but I'd think somewhere maybe southwest off of the nj turnpike (for out of state commuters) might be beneficial, ill ask around I have a few friends down in that area.

Checkout Belleplain National Park. They have 2 large, reservable picnic areas for up to 100 people. Plenty of parking lots, on site camping/trailers.....and after Labor Day it's all of peak pricing. Not sure about much more than that though.
