Man I remember when we got a Pontiac from Sheehy of Springfield like 10 years ago.. Their service got so bad that Pontiac.. Yes.. Pontiac wouldn't let them sell their cars anymore so we had to go else where.

That place sucks, and that awful ad that looks like a 3 year old put it together proves to me that nothing much has changed.

i used to go to that dealership when i got my first gs400 and moved to annapolis but quickly found out that they are only in the business of 'new' cars and replacing with new parts/cars not the business of helping to repair old cars and fix parts, just replace them... if you are there to get something new their service is top notch, if you are there to have something fixed on an older car they are very 2 faced.
