Driving to my favorite carryout for some french toast and a western omelet and I came upon this gorgeous babe for sale. Called and chatted with the seller. A 96 SC400, 120000+ miles, seats has the usual worn/torn look, needs a good repaint on the roof, trunk and hood. He is asking 6300. I called the wife and begged her can I buy it. Alas, she said no.:cry::cry::cry: Thinking of going into the secret secret bank account and get her. Anyone interested I have the sellers phone number. She's here in PG county for you local guys.

No 5 speed on the SC400s, only on the 300.

LOL just realized it was a 400. I need a 300 5 spd. Doesn't need to have hood, bumpers, or fenders. Just needs to run with no electrical issues, no frame and damage.

10-4, will be on the lookout.

i would offer him 5k cash and if he doesn't bite don't worry about it, but yeah a manual would probably be preferred by most... good lookin car though.

manual swaps into the 400's are getting more & more popular...

There's actually a black with beige seats '94 SC400 on craigslist in Fairfax. Might be a better deal at $6695 for 97K miles. The one above isn't too bad though.

i think it is overpriced with needing a repaint and interior wear. 6k is close to 97+ territory.
