In the past we have always done a White Marsh meet to kind of open the season. I thought that I would get it started to see how many people were interested in going and hanging out.

Date: April 10th
Time: 1 PM until whenever
Location: White Marsh, Maryland Park and Ride Parking Lot next to Ikea

This is just a meet and not a show. We will basically hangout, meet new people, check out the new cars and modifications. Below is a list of those that have told me they would attend or possible would attend.

Doubt Samantha will want to drive seperate for a day event. If I can talk my buddy and his wife to come join us and drive the Sc. They will both be up there and if its a weekend I dont have my daughter. Family b4 cars. =)

Um,, guys,, as far as the white marsh location is concerned,, is a great idea and all but we would have to get permission from the people who own that particular lot b/c it is private property (think MTA own that particular one IIRC), if this is what we plan to use. The past meets which were held there were granted based on permission from the lot owner, and after some of the stunts which were pulled at the last event, I know they have been a little reluctant to let anyone use the lot anymore. I will see if I can look further into this, as we do not want to be hassled by the cops, especially for a large turnout. More meet ideas for '10 season will be discussed at the Roundtable meet in March (working on date) that I will be putting together so we can get some stuff on the table. Start to get the ideas flowing and bring them to the table. Will look into white marsh for further clarification as well.

 

I don't recall anyone ever saying anything about getting permission. Either way there are plenty of parking lots to go to once we meet up or actually decide if this is going to happen. I do not see this as a deterent for making this meet happen.

 

If the SC is ready I will be there if not I'll be in the TL
