We got a bunch of gibbs old fart coaches that think the game hasnt changed. The play calling is HS level. The problems arent the players its THE DANNY and his butt buddy GM Vinny C. that dont know &*%^ about running a football team. As long as the fans keep accepting losing seasons and putting enormous amounts of money in his pocket we arent gonna see change or Wins bc imho he doesnt care if we have a winning team or not. We have the talent tho no doubt. How are my skins going to get motivated when our head coach's motto is "stay medium".... get the f*#@ outta here!!!!!

If you look at any of the top dog squads in the league right now you would see "management" doesnt stick their noses in anything.
