The last car show in our area would be June 21st. After that, theres not another show until early Aug.

Lets try to set something up between late June-Early August

 

HIN NY is 6/21... funk flex in NJ is 6/28 & the dub show in atlantic city is 7/12

so maybe mid july to sometime in august would be good?

 

Im missing the Funk Flex show and the Dub show from my list. Could you give me more info on the flex show via PM? I would like to show there. Thanks

Someone else may need to step forward and head this initiative up as Andy is having some close family issues which really need his personal attention. We should send out a prayer for his Dad, whom is having a really tough time right now.

I think Saturday July 26th or Sunday July 27th would be a great time to hold this meet.

It does get packed over there at Jones Beach on the weekends so our best bet would be to have it at a field that is not so popular like field 5. There is also a parking fee ($8 I believe) so keep that in mind.

The highways leading to there are pretty smooth for the most part so thats a plus. I want to see everyone crank their coilovers real low for this meet

 

I remember Floyd Bennet Field being a good place to meet....roads are not too bad and there is a lot of space. I don't remember having to pay any fees either, but I think you need a permit.

Good spot and it is free. Btw you don't need a permit. Most of the local car clubs meet there and cops don't bother unless your acting stupid in there. Only thing is you must leave by dusk.

 

Don't know if that is true anymore as now there are many things that are going on there and the security is tighter. Someone would have to verify.
