Good place for mount & balance 20's

Sup guys whats a good place to mount and balance 20's? Also need a place that won't be scared to do a stretch...225 on a 20x9 +30. Thanks

thats a tough one. It usually takes some convincing for them to do the stretch.
but you will have to find a shop with one of the bigger tire mounting deals.
most of the tire shops have it. I went to a couple of places before i found a shop to do my 19"s. I got Just Tires to do mine in the end. they did a great job.

If that location I gave you is too far then check out the BJ's tire center in metropolitian ave. Next to the high school and Toys R Us. I used to go there all the time, they do 20" wheels too. They just cant do extreme stretches like a 225/40 on a 11"

Good luck

widebodyQ... how do u get in and out of that parking lot tho? are would you park at the top then roll the tires down? or just drive a completely different car... i know u cant drive down there!

LiCelsior Apr 7, 2008 09:17 PM

he goes 4x4 mode and goes up, then slam it back down for casual riding.

even then... his front doesnt get higher than a slight tuck.. hahaha

^LOL

At first I would scrape but after a while, it becomes second nature to angle the car before every dip. No one dares to try to fit in on the side while im trying to angle it at the bottom of the hill but they do honk and high beam me as I take my sweet time.

man i used to scrape in my milenia over there... not at the bottom but i would catch the belly at the top! how do u get around that? same thing? sideways?

WidebodyQ Apr 8, 2008 09:16 AM

You need to really angle it like if you were heading straight to the fence then you hook the wheel the other way before you hit the curb.
