So many rims to choose from...first you have to narrow down the style you want though. Open-lugs? Full face? 5 spoke? 7 spoke? Mesh? Lots of different style give each GS a decidedly different look.

Black GS3
I want something chrome but not like a flashy rim...I'm really liking the AutoCourture Latives in a nice 20" with a big ol lip

I think you should drop the car first, then look into wheels that will suit the direction you want to go with the car.. Sport, VIP, Dub Style... With a black GS I would go with a wheel that has a brushed face with a chrome lip.. All chrome on a black car ... HRE with brushed face... I like the look of
the HRE 841R below on RMMGS4's car..

I'd have to vote for WORK Variaza, either the sporty T1-S or dish face D3S. Both are WELL within your budget even in 20". Plus custom made so you can order just about whatever you want (spec wise)
