Hey Chance,
We should be at the front gate roughly around 8:00 - 8:15 am on Sat. morning. I have your cell phone so I can call and give you updates while en route. I'll PM you my cell phone as well.

Hey guys,
Its been decided that there will be NO PRE-MEET spot on saturday. Theres just to much that could go wrong and cause delays before having to been in the fairgrounds by 10am. So MD and NYC saturday caravan need to leave on time. MD should be arriving in the fairgrounds around 8:30am on saturday. I spoke to C and he said NYC should arrive around the same time.
This way you all still have time to clean up with out having to rush to get in by 10am. Keep in mind that we still need to navigate through all the carlisle traffic(other attendees). So doing it this way should work out better. This also gives anyone who is late a little buffer.
Can't wait to see you guys there.

I just read Leroy's post. We're not all rolling in together...each group goes in whenever they arrive. Makes sense...it's going to be chaos that morning with all the cars.

LOL, I'd be all about some waffles that early too if I wasn't worried about traffic. Don't hate me, I'm not a waffle hater!

Look guys to clear up any confusion, the meet spot hasn't changed. Its still at the Target in the Long Gate Shopping Center. Caravans need to leave some time to allow for traffic and clean up time. This is why there are NO STOPS along the way. You will lose an hour stopping in Harrisburg to eat.
