Default SC got hurt

This past saturday my sc literally got scratched to hell plus some other damages.

While making a left turn i gave it a little more power that i shouldve and the rear swung out to the right cause of the rain. Once the car corrected itself, it basically snapped to the left and since the roads were wet, it threw me into a drift going diagonally to the left. I missed a light pole by a few inches and ran into a fence, knocking down two metal poles. It was one of those regular metal fences with daimond shapes. Thankfully, im ok! cars running like normal, so everythings cosmetic. Only sucky part is that im broke trying to finish up college and cant pay to get it repaired so im gonna have to rock the SC like this for quite awhile. Heres some pics of the aftermath.

On the passenger side rear panel, theres so many scratches that it looks like an intentional barb wire design on hte paint.

At this point i can only afford to try and polish most of the car with scratch remover and what not and 'hope', that most of it will come out. Do any local Neloc members have one of those porter cable dual polishers i can borrow?

Wow, the important thing is that you're OK. Glad it was only cosmetic and not paramedic. Now I know you NY guys got that fever for drifting after watching F&F3, but this is no way to do it. LOL!!!! Once again, glad that you were not hurt.

Man thats the SAME EXACT way that I managed to drift into a tree 3 years ago, car drifted out to teh right, snapped back to the left and BAM, I grew a tree in my hood.

Sorry to hear dude, I think Dennis (One Hot) has a PC buffer, and he'll probably be willing to help you out.

sorry about the car glad you're doing fine. I'm glad I have the option of not driving my SC in the rain.
