Need Recommendation for a Window Tint Shop

Hi guys,
I have a friend who lives in Rochester, new york and she wants to get her windows tinted. Can you guys recommend some places around that area?

full tint for $100

I'm searching for green tint. Let me know if anyone finds green tint.
