They are donating $5 of every dyno to the families of our two fallen firefighters, Larry Leggio and John Mesh. There will also be a collection jar for those who also want to donate more to this important fund.
Wish I could be there. I helped them prep the new location and cut down the walls and move a bunch of stuff last month. The dyno is in ground so slammed static cars are welcomed lol.
Greetings Kansas group! I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to a reputable shop/mechanic that could perform a compression and leak down test on an ISF in the area. I called Hendrick Lexus and they told me that no technician has a mechanical compression tester at their dealership. They said the best they could do is hook the car to a scan tool which might tell you the % drop off between cylinders but not the actual PSI per cylinder for an actual compression check. I find it quite odd that a nobody at both Lexus Hendrick dealerships has a mechanical compression tester.
Mark at Auto Werks Import Car Repair in Lenexa Kansas that dude knows his **** and has always treated me fairly man! I live in Wichita now and do my own work, but Mark taught me a few things years ago on my first is300. Definitely the best Toyota mechanic around KC!
