2007 GX470 timing belt break "Odds"of breaking
I have 156,000 miles on my '07 GX470. Bought it with 102,000, in Denver, in Jan 2012. Car Fax showed car leased for first 3 years (75,000 miles) in Colorado Springs.
I'm sure it's original belt. Question (?) , is there anyone on Club Lexus who can identify how many times (probability?) these belts actually break?
I know it will be "tragic" and costly "IF" it breaks. I'm retired and drive 3000 miles/year at most and have been fastidious about maintenance on it. Car still looks like it's almost brand new.
