Vegas area info
Hey guys...
Considering taking a job in the vegas area, but don't know anything about it. never been there before and I'm from the east coast. Just some Q's for anyone with real knowlegde about the area:
- What is car registration like? Alot of bogus rules like CA?
- Can you speed in the middle of the desert and are there cops everywhere?
- Locals...how are they? Since it's a tourist town, what is the rest of the place like aside from the casino area?
- Big pros to living there? Big Cons?
- Housing seemed r-e-a-l-l-y pricey for being in the desert...what's up with that?
I'm wide open to hear anything people have to say on the matter. I figured the best source is fellow CL folks. Thanks in advance.
