Im moving to the denver/boulder area in may/june and Im curious as to who is from the area. Ive been working with a real estate agent but I cant tell the area he is pointing me to.

Do you guys know of any good area's where new homes are going up that are fairly in-expensive? Im looking to spend under $150k on a home but Id really like to get into a good townhome complex for as inexpensive as possible. Ive seen them in the $60,000 range.

Id like to be in boulder, broomfield, louisville, westminster, littleton, denver, lakewood, arvada, golden, etc. Really anywhere in those areas work for me.

Do you guys have any ideas for me? Id really appreciate it. Im coming out to the area in march to look at some places, hopefully I can meet a few people from on the boards to start a network out there.

any info on housing is appreciated.

good luck with finding a place, im in the colorado springs aera. i dont know denver that well but ill ask around and see if i could help you out. i would be willing to meet up with you when you come out.

I’m sorry to say that in those price ranges it will be tough to find something.
I live in an old area east of downtown Denver, the homes around me 350k-1.5million plus.
Condos are 120k -750k. I hope you find a good agent that won’t b.s. you and put you into a bad part of town. Good luck with your search
