USA Spec BT45-TOY - Bluetooth streaming device - $70

For sale is a used USA SPEC BT45-TOY bluetooth streaming device for Lexus and Toyota. I have this in my LS430 for a year. See the applications below and the picture of the unit. What year LS430 did you have it installed in? Does it come with the plug in harness for the early cars?
