Guys, I don't want to throw more fuel in the fire on this whole situation. However, I think we need to keep the complaining to a more constructive state - meaning if there are issues/bugs just let them know so they can work them out. I see people complaining about shipping dates and product testing and not the latest Android. Come on - these guys have a solution that no one else other than VAIC (which no longer sells this type of product) provided and it integrates with our car. I think we need to cut them a little slack and be grateful there is a solution out there that we can use instead of using our out dated NAV systems. I know issues have come up with the GEN 1 units and I think that goes for any company that comes out with a generation one product, it's never going to be their best. Now that they have GEN 2 and hopefully have most of the bugs worked out it looks like it'll be a solid product. I see so much bickering on here that you're just going to drive vendors away and we won't have anything like this in the future. Just my two cents.

Im also in Europe. "italy", but with shipping costs that include vat, import and also duty costs on the VL2, it is a huge punch to the gut.. but being on the russian site, there is just an email address and a few phone numbers on the Russian site, its seems sketchy when or if id need tech support on their unit... it does seem like it has a really clean UI that sticks to the Lexus look and feel though.
